However, as a consumer, you acknowledge the following: Make Me Elegant is in no way responsible for assisting you in reaching an agreement with vendor nor are We responsible for any satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the vendor you chose to hire. We ask each vendor to give us accurate information about themselves, We cannot and will not verify this information or guarantee the ability of vendors to complete their services. Any transaction you enter into with a vendor is strictly between you and vendor and Make Me Elegant is not a party to that transaction. You are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses and consents necessary to deliver your goods or services and complying with all applicable laws. Any dispute you have with a vendor is between you and the vendor and Make Me Elegant will not be a party to that dispute. Vendor must list the true and correct name of their business on this Site and if there is a change to that business name, the Vendor must promptly update by contacting us directly and may need to provide additional documentation for proof of name change.
