Refund policy

We use DHL FEDEX on almost all shippings except for areas that is not available and use country's local shipping methods. Dresses, shoes and accessories are not refundable. As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored at the time of purchase which is why we can't restock or accept refunds or exchanges. The finish gown may vary by approximately +/- 1 inches in the specified measurements.

To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all of our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be easily modified.

All dresses are made at the time order with great care and quality. All sales are final. If items were delivered damaged, wrong products then please contact us immediately within 1 business day of delivery for consideration of exchange. Please check with us if you have any questions.
